Terms of Service
Welcome to Digital Freedom.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Digital Freedom website, public pages, online content, account access links, marketplace information, merchant information, forms, communications, and related website features made available through digitalfreedom.network and related Digital Freedom web properties.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. Website Purpose
Digital Freedom provides information about a private member marketplace where members and participating merchants may connect, discover products and services, access offers, and participate in community opportunities.
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Digital Freedom may update, modify, remove, restrict, or discontinue any website content, feature, page, link, program description, merchant description, account pathway, marketplace information, or public communication at any time without prior notice.
2. Public Website Terms and Private Member Terms
These Terms of Service apply to general public access and use of this website.
Certain member-only features, merchant tools, account functions, marketplace areas, private benefits, community programs, listings, offers, and participation opportunities may require registration, approval, account access, and acceptance of additional private agreements.
If you apply for or are approved for membership, your participation may be subject to the Digital Freedom Articles of Association, private society agreements, member agreements, merchant agreements, marketplace policies, posted rules, account terms, program rules, confidentiality obligations, and other private terms made available during registration, onboarding, account access, merchant enrollment, or program participation.
The public website Terms govern general website access. Private member agreements govern member-only access, merchant participation, account privileges, marketplace activity, community programs, internal policies, private benefits, confidential information, and any private features made available to approved members or merchants.
In the event of a conflict between these public website Terms and any private member agreement accepted by a member or merchant, the applicable private member agreement shall govern the member-only, merchant-specific, or private-society matter to which it applies.
3. Private Society Notice
Digital Freedom operates as a private member marketplace and private society community. Public access to this website does not, by itself, grant membership, merchant approval, account privileges, access to private records, or access to private member-only areas.
Membership, merchant participation, and access to private areas are conditional upon acceptance of the applicable private agreements, including the Digital Freedom Articles of Association and any related member, merchant, account, confidentiality, and program terms made available during registration, onboarding, or account access.
Private society materials, member-only documents, internal policies, private community records, non-public communications, and confidential marketplace information are not part of the public website and may be governed by separate confidentiality, participation, and dispute-handling requirements.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this website, create an account, apply for membership, apply for merchant participation, submit information, or access any account-related feature.
By using this website, you represent that you have the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms.
If you apply for membership or merchant participation on behalf of a business, trust, association, organization, or other lawful arrangement, you represent that you have authority to submit the application and bind the applicable party to the terms accepted during registration, onboarding, or account access.
5. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful, respectful, private, and authorized purposes.
You may not:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, rule, agreement, or third-party right;
- interfere with the operation, availability, performance, or security of the website;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, database, server, marketplace area, member area, merchant area, private record, or private content;
- submit false, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, defamatory, unlawful, or infringing content;
- use the website to distribute malware, spam, phishing materials, malicious code, or unauthorized solicitations;
- copy, scrape, harvest, reproduce, frame, mirror, republish, or commercially exploit website content without written permission;
- impersonate another person, business, merchant, member, society participant, trust, association, or organization;

- attempt to bypass privacy, confidentiality, security, or member-access restrictions;
- use the website in any manner that may damage Digital Freedom, its members, merchants, administrators, trustees, authorized representatives, service providers, systems, reputation, or operations.
Digital Freedom may restrict, suspend, block, or terminate access to the website or any related feature if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk, misused the website, or acted in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the website, marketplace, or private member community.
6. Account Access and Membership
Creating an account, applying for membership, applying for merchant participation, or accessing a private area does not guarantee approval, continued access, merchant acceptance, marketplace listing, customer activity, sales, benefits, opportunities, or participation in any specific program.
Digital Freedom may review, approve, deny, suspend, limit, or terminate account access, membership access, merchant access, marketplace access, or related participation at its discretion, subject to applicable private agreements and posted policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.
7. Merchant Participation and Marketplace Listings
Merchants may be permitted to present products, services, offers, promotions, or business information to members through marketplace features or related account tools.
Merchant participation is subject to approval, applicable merchant terms, listing rules, product and service standards, fulfillment obligations, customer service expectations, compliance requirements, and any additional policies provided during merchant onboarding or account access.
Digital Freedom does not guarantee that any merchant will be approved, listed, promoted, discovered, selected, contacted, purchased from, or successful in the marketplace.
Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, product descriptions, service descriptions, pricing, availability, fulfillment, warranties, representations, customer support, taxes, refunds, returns, regulatory compliance, and all obligations connected to their products and services.
8. Third-Party Payment Providers and Services
Digital Freedom is a private marketplace and community platform.
Digital Freedom is not a bank, payment processor, payment facilitator, money transmitter, wallet provider, exchange, investment platform, financial institution, or regulated financial service provider.
Where payments, checkout, invoicing, card acceptance, account verification, fraud prevention, merchant underwriting, or related services are made available, they may be provided by independent third-party service providers. Those providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, compliance rules, underwriting standards, fees, restrictions, monitoring practices, approval processes, and account decisions.
Digital Freedom does not control and is not responsible for third-party provider approval decisions, underwriting requirements, transaction monitoring, holds, reserves, chargebacks, reversals, declined transactions, account limitations, account closures, service interruptions, fees, processing timelines, settlement timing, or any other matter controlled by a third-party provider.
Use of any third-party payment, checkout, account, communication, analytics, hosting, security, or marketplace service is subject to the applicable third-party terms.
9. No Financial, Investment, Legal, Tax, or Professional Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, business, professional, or regulatory advice.
Any website content relating to merchants, member benefits, marketplace opportunities, business participation, account access, or community programs is provided for general informational purposes only.
You should seek independent professional advice before making decisions based on information provided through this website.
10. No Guarantees
Digital Freedom does not guarantee:
- approval of any account, member application, or merchant application;

- marketplace traffic, customer activity, merchant sales, business results, or member participation;
- uninterrupted website access, error-free operation, or continuous availability;
- compatibility with any device, browser, system, payment provider, or third-party service;
- that website information will always be complete, current, accurate, or free from errors;
- any specific outcome, benefit, opportunity, revenue, savings, reward, business result, or marketplace result.
All website content and website access are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
11. Confidentiality and Private Information
Certain information made available by Digital Freedom, including private member materials, merchant materials, onboarding materials, account communications, internal policies, private society records, business methods, community procedures, non-public program information, private communications, and member-only content, may be confidential.
You agree not to disclose, copy, publish, distribute, transmit, sell, exploit, record, archive, or share confidential Digital Freedom information except as expressly authorized in writing or permitted by applicable private agreements.
Unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, recording, distribution, publication, or misuse of private society information, member-only information, merchant information, internal materials, or confidential communications may result in suspension, termination, removal from private areas, loss of privileges, and any other remedies available under applicable agreements.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, names, logos, graphics, designs, images, icons, text, layouts, software, code, documents, page structures, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Digital Freedom and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and private agreement rights.
You may view and use the website for personal, informational, and lawful purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Digital Freedom content without prior written permission.
13. User Submissions and Communications
If you submit information through the website, including forms, inquiries, support requests, account applications, merchant applications, listing information, comments, feedback, or other communications, you represent that the information is accurate, lawful, authorized, and submitted with proper authority.
You grant Digital Freedom the right to use submitted information for the purpose of reviewing, responding to, operating, improving, securing, administering, or providing the website, marketplace, account features, merchant features, support services, private member functions, and related operations.
You agree not to submit confidential, sensitive, proprietary, unlawful, or third-party information unless you have the right to do so and the submission is necessary for the intended purpose.
14. Third-Party Websites
This website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, tools, payment providers, marketplaces, service providers, or resources.
Third-party links are provided for convenience only. Digital Freedom does not control, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for third-party websites, content, products, services, policies, security, privacy practices, availability, or business practices.
Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.
15. Website Availability and Security
Digital Freedom uses reasonable efforts to maintain website availability and security. However, no website, online service, communication method, hosting environment, or electronic system can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from unauthorized access.
Digital Freedom may suspend, restrict, update, modify, maintain, or discontinue any website feature, page, service, account pathway, or related function at any time.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Freedom disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
Digital Freedom does not warrant that the website will meet your expectations, achieve any intended result, generate any business outcome, or remain available at all times.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law and applicable private agreements, Digital Freedom and its administrators, trustees, authorized representatives, contractors, service providers, members acting in authorized capacities, and related parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or related to your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance upon this website.
This includes damages related to lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost data, service interruptions, account limitations, marketplace outcomes, merchant results, third-party services, payment provider decisions, website errors, security incidents, or reliance on website information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law and applicable private agreements, Digital Freedom’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating specifically to public website access shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars unless a different amount is required by applicable law or a separate private agreement accepted by the applicable party.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digital Freedom and its administrators, trustees, authorized representatives, contractors, service providers, members acting in authorized capacities, and related parties from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, demands, investigations, or proceedings, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
- your use or misuse of the website;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of any law, agreement, or third-party right;
- information, content, listings, or materials you submit;
- your account activity;
- your merchant activity;
- your products, services, offers, fulfillment, refunds, returns, customer communications, or business practices;
- your access to or use of private society materials;

19. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination
Digital Freedom may suspend, restrict, block, remove, or terminate access to the website, account pathways, merchant pathways, forms, content, private areas, or related features at any time if Digital Freedom believes such action is necessary to protect the website, marketplace, members, merchants, service providers, third parties, operations, legal rights, private agreements, confidentiality, or compliance posture.
20. Governing Principles, Private Society Jurisdiction, and Dispute Handling
These public website Terms are intended to be interpreted according to their plain meaning, good faith, fair dealing, lawful private agreement, and generally recognized principles of contract and common law, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Digital Freedom operates as a private society marketplace and member community. Member-only, merchant-specific, account-based, confidential, internal, or private marketplace matters may be governed by separate private agreements, including the Digital Freedom Articles of Association, member agreements, merchant agreements, posted policies, account terms, confidentiality terms, program rules, and other terms accepted during registration, onboarding, account access, or program participation.
For matters governed by accepted private agreements, members and merchants agree to use the private dispute-handling process set forth in those agreements, which may include resolution through the Court of the People or another private forum designated by the applicable private agreement.
For matters relating only to public access to this website, users should first contact Digital Freedom through the support channels provided on this website so that the matter may be reviewed and addressed in good faith.
Nothing in these public website Terms is intended to unlawfully limit rights, remedies, consumer protections, payment-provider requirements, or obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where applicable law requires a different process for a public website matter, that requirement will apply only to the extent required.
21. Changes to These Terms
Digital Freedom may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
22. Acknowledgment
By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these public website Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you apply for or are approved for membership, merchant participation, account access, private marketplace access, or private society participation, you further acknowledge that additional private agreements may apply and that your continued participation may be conditional upon acceptance of those private agreements.
23. Rights Reserved
